Receptionist

Responsibilities

  • Perform general reception duties & office administrative works

  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner

  • Handle incoming / outgoing mails and courier arrangement

  • Perform outdoor works as and when required

  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above

  • 1 year relevant experience in receptionist or administration

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing

  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Fresh graduate will be considered
